03/11: Gold Medal Gala

How many of you work with Olympic gold medalist? How about a 2-time Olympic gold medalist? Yeah, a woman in the transportation division here at Tyrens is on Sweden's curling team. Anna Le Moine first struck gold on the Olympic scene back at Turin and then won in a thrilling victory over host Canada. Here's an accurate description of the final shot by Canada that fell short clearing the Swedish stones, ensuring a gold for Sweden!

Well, our resident celebrity came back to the office to be awkwardly gawked at by a bunch of people who barely know her.
We kicked off the afternoon with some champagne!
After she said a few words we all went up for a closer look and awkwardly reached and grabbed and put our grubby little prints all over the thing. Yeah, it was pretty cool ... and extremely awkward. "Hi there. We've never met but I'm going to grope this shiny thing hanging around your neck."
